If you are a medical office and would like to coordinate a patient referral, please fax referrals to Dr. Van Tongeren at 1-236-269-2169 or download a referral form here.

We will contact your patient to book an appointment and arrange all testing.

For patients  

Please note that all consultations and most fertility testing is covered by MSP with a referral from a family doctor.

• You can ask for a referral from you family doctor or at a walk in clinic
• If you do not have a family doctor Rosewall Women’s Clinic is accepting self referrals for fertility concerns

Once you have a referral we will contact you to book an appointment and arrange all your fertility tests.
